FLOW YOGA
Set to heart-pumping music in a heated studio, this athletic and sweaty class will shine a light on the reactivity of your mind. Your teacher will lead you through a series of flowing yoga sequences and then set you free to explore the poses on your own, moving at your personal pace. Allow your breath to guide you to a state of mental calm in the midst of this powerfully energetic experience.
WARRIOR SCULPT
This class blends traditional yoga moves with heart-pumping high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Add dumbbells and you’ve got a flow that will leave you feeling strong and blissed out.
ASHTANGA REMIX
You’ll move through sun salutations (suryanamaskar A and B) and then complete a defined series of standing poses, including balance poses, each held for five cycles of breath. You’ll move to a series of floor poses, including intense twists and stretches, as well as backbends and inversions.
